Its good and keeps my knee supported very well but it keeps slipping down my leg a bit and I have to keep pulling it up

Great quality and fits really well plus it stays in place. Much better than cheaper ones. Not cheap but you get what you pay for.
I have only worn it once and it seemed very tight particular at the back of my knee. I’d really try to try a size 5. Can I return the one I have bought as I have the packaging still please let me know Hilary Harris.

This knee support has been a game changer for me since I started using it. As I'm approaching a total knee replacement my knee has been getting significantly weaker. This support has allowed me to continue with as much activity as possible, and I can really tell the difference when I'm not wearing it.

Ordered the black one got a blue one .
Finding the vertical support on each side the brace to be uncomfortable,
Also paid £6.99 for delivery ,received a time & date from Parcel force They didn't show up it came via our usual postman a day later .

It's comfortable and very well fitting. I don't have to adjust it very often, thinking it's slipping down only in extreme activity, but even then I thinks it's more in my mind than it actually moving. As for the support, it truly does what it says it's supposed to. I have a fair amount of "wear and tear" on my knee cartilage and a deep bone bruise on the inner side of the knee joint. The support has helped massively to train and play some football with my sons. Which I couldn't have done without it and I am very thankful to have found it.

I live in Sri Lanka and have been dealing with multiple injuries,-ACL injury,LCL sprain,Degeneration in the Miniscus , Bone contusion in the lateral femoral condyle. I have been suffering for 9 months , unable to walk, climb stairs with constant swelling and my physiotherapist has been struggling as I have not been able to progress with any of my exercises. I bought the knee brace last month and was not expecting any change whatsoever but did it as my physiotherapist urged me to get one as I was travelling to UK for 10 days in July, I was able to purchase one as my husband travelled to UK in June . WOW ,the change in my pain and the stability of my knee has been amazing, I am finally progressing with my physiotherapy and I am SO GRATEFUL ! THANK YOU !!!!

Hi, I just thought they would give me much more support than they do particularly for the price.
I bought a £20 version from boots and there isn’t a great amount of difference.
I am very disappointed and I think because of the price it hasn’t helped.

What happens if I order the wrong size?
Send it back within 30 days for a full refund, or email orders@jointoperations.co.uk and we'll swap it for the right size.
Measuring before you order is the quickest route - the size finder on this page turns two tape-measure numbers into a size in about twenty seconds.
Can I wear it under clothing?
Yes. The knit is low-profile and designed to sit under trousers, leggings or a tracksuit without bunching. Most people wear it all day without anyone noticing.
How do I wash it?
Machine wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle with any fasteners closed. No fabric softener and no tumble drying - dry it flat, away from direct heat.
Washing it regularly actually helps: it lifts the body oils out of the knit and the compression holds its shape for longer.
How long should I wear it for?
Most people wear a support during activity and take it off to sleep. If a clinician recommended it to you, follow their guidance - they'll have a plan for your particular situation.
If you've bought it yourself for ongoing pain and you're not sure, it's worth getting the underlying problem looked at rather than relying on the support alone.
When will it arrive?
