How do I know which support I need?
Start with the condition page closest to your symptoms. Each one compares the options side by side. If you have a diagnosis from a clinician, they may have named a specific product.
How do I get the size right?
Every product page has a measuring guide with the exact points to measure. Measure in the morning before any swelling builds, and if you are between sizes call us on 01793 781987 and we will advise.
Can I wear a support all day?
The Train range is designed to be worn during activity and taken off at rest. Rigid braces follow your clinician's advice. We do not recommend sleeping in a support unless told to.
Are Bauerfeind supports available on prescription?
Many are prescribed through the NHS and private clinics. Buying direct means you get the same medical-grade product with next-day delivery and a 30-day returns window.
What if it does not help?
You have 30 days to return or exchange through our returns portal. Our team can also suggest an alternative if the first choice is not right for you.
