Tennis elbow or golfers elbow can cause irritation and pain that inhibits activity and performance. The EpiTrain® orthopedic brace helps reduce this pain and relieve tension. As you move, the special knitted compressive support with its built-in visco-elastic pads stimulates the muscles and aids healing.

It's a very well-built brace, but for me, it doesn't press the right spots to relieve the pain. I am not sure if my arms are weird, but I measured twice, and it might not be the right size, feels a bit too big.

I've used baurfeind before for a rotator cuff injury and worked through it with help from the support. Now its tennis elbow. Wow as soon as you put it on it's like your favourite pair of gloves. Supporting you in all the correct places.The support even rings the exact point of the pain. You don't just pay for a product its the technology behind it and it shows. If you are reading this and think, shall I get a cheaper one, don't bother. Pay the extra get the best.

It works really well and I was surprised that the cutouts in the support fitted almost perfectly around the bony bits that are the site of tennis and golfers elbow. The support is comfortable to wear and has definitely help in keeping me from constantly irritating the golfers elbow I caused with calesthenics - trying to do too much too soon

What happens if I order the wrong size?

Send it back within 30 days for a full refund, or email orders@jointoperations.co.uk and we'll swap it for the right size.

Measuring before you order is the quickest route - the size finder on this page turns two tape-measure numbers into a size in about twenty seconds.

Can I wear it under clothing?

Yes. The knit is low-profile and designed to sit under trousers, leggings or a tracksuit without bunching. Most people wear it all day without anyone noticing.

How do I wash it?

Machine wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle with any fasteners closed. No fabric softener and no tumble drying - dry it flat, away from direct heat.

Washing it regularly actually helps: it lifts the body oils out of the knit and the compression holds its shape for longer.

How long should I wear it for?

Most people wear a support during activity and take it off to sleep. If a clinician recommended it to you, follow their guidance - they'll have a plan for your particular situation.

If you've bought it yourself for ongoing pain and you're not sure, it's worth getting the underlying problem looked at rather than relying on the support alone.

When will it arrive?
