The Sports Knee Strap provides relief by delivering targeted compression below the knee during longer sporting activities, particularly those that involve large amounts of running and jumping.
Incorporated into the close-fitting knitted fabric is a functional element: a special pad with four nubbed pressure points that exert a massaging action during movement.
The Sports Knee Strap is especially flat and consists of breathable, hard-wearing material. This makes it comfortable to wear and practical for sports. The soft special knitted fabric stays securely in position during movement and fits perfectly. The relieving compression can be adjusted to individual needs when the strap is put on. The strap is tightened evenly on both sides, preventing the risk of slipping.

Yes. The knit is low-profile and designed to sit under trousers, leggings or a tracksuit without bunching. Most people wear it all day without anyone noticing.
How do I wash it?
Machine wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle with any fasteners closed. No fabric softener and no tumble drying - dry it flat, away from direct heat.
Washing it regularly actually helps: it lifts the body oils out of the knit and the compression holds its shape for longer.
How long should I wear it for?
Most people wear a support during activity and take it off to sleep. If a clinician recommended it to you, follow their guidance - they'll have a plan for your particular situation.
