Targeted Compression follows an optimal pressure curve across the torso and arms to improve blood circulation, while 3D Power Dots — raised knit points worked into the fabric — stimulate the muscles for sharper body awareness and more controlled movement.
Across the chest, shoulders and upper back, 3D Power Dots Air uses an extra-airy three-dimensional knit, so the areas that sweat hardest stay breathable. Wear it on its own or under a jersey in cooler conditions.

Sizing
Compression shirts are sized on two measurements: chest and upper arm. Women's chest — XS 76–82 cm, S 82–88 cm, M 88–94 cm, L 94–100 cm, XL 100–104 cm. Upper arm — XS up to 27 cm, S up to 30 cm, M up to 31 cm, L up to 33 cm, XL up to 35 cm. If you fall between two sizes, choose the larger.
