Targeted Compression follows an optimal pressure curve across the torso and arms to improve blood circulation, while 3D Power Dots — raised knit points worked into the fabric — stimulate the muscles for sharper body awareness and more controlled movement.
Across the chest, shoulders and upper back, 3D Power Dots Air uses an extra-airy three-dimensional knit, so the areas that sweat hardest stay breathable. Wear it on its own or under a jersey in cooler conditions.

Sizing
Compression shirts are sized on two measurements: chest and upper arm. Men's chest — S 92–96 cm, M 96–102 cm, L 102–108 cm, XL 108–114 cm, XXL 114–120 cm. Upper arm — S up to 33 cm, M up to 34 cm, L up to 36 cm, XL up to 37 cm, XXL up to 38 cm. If you fall between two sizes, choose the larger.
