GenuTrain® P3 relieves pain caused by misalignment of the kneecap (patellar lateralisation), femoropatellar pain syndrome (anterior knee pain) or pain associated with patellar tip syndrome. The orthopaedic brace, with its two integral pressure cushions (pads) and a corrective strap, stabilises the position of the kneecap and activates the musculature, thereby accelerating the healing process.

  • Muscle-relaxing pad - Reduces sideways pulling of the kneecap to further reduce pain and relax the muscles with soothing massage.

This support is superb. My knee cap has dropped after surgery and prolonged lack of use of my leg. I was struggling with flexion. This provides the support my knee needs and holds my kneecap in the correct place. I could immediately walk again and cycle in the gym. Also perform various other exercises. Service and delivery were excellent. My measurements fell between the guidelines so I sized up rather than down which was the correct thing to do. I would not hesitate to recommend.

I put it on the evening they arrived and after a couple of hours I had to remove as the top of the brace was rubbing on my skin making it very sore so I’ve not worn it since

If you have medial or lateral issues with your knee, this brace will definitely help. It's pretty lightweight compared to others I own and that allows me to still work out using it. Squatting is tough, but still manageable. I don't run in the brace but i'm sure you could. If I ran more I would look for a lighter brace. Using this as a daily active knee brace has been the best for me so far.
