Whilst at 30 degrees of flexion (your knee slightly over your toe) measure 17cm above the centre of the kneecap and 15 cm below the centre of the knee cap.

Been wearing this for x3 weeks. It has definitely reduced my day to day pain reducing my pain relief medication. Feels supportive and comfortable. Resulting in the ability to do strengthening exercises to support my knee joint. Would recommend.

I've been using one of these for over a year now. In combination with other treatment, this has taken me from only being able to walk 400m with significant pain to being able to hike 25-30km in the mountains with over 2000m elevation gain (I used to be a mountain and sky runner...can't run nowadays). I was looking at a knee replacement, but felt I was too young at the moment. My goal is to stave off a knee replacement for another 3-5 years, if I can remain functional.
