Heel Pain Relief Insoles for Plantar Fasciitis & Heel Spurs
The ErgoPad Redux Heel 2 orthotic insole is specially designed to provide fast, targeted relief from heel pain, plantar fasciitis, and heel spurs. Ideal for everyday use, it helps reduce pressure, improve comfort, and support long-term foot health.
At its core, advanced ReliefCore Technology focuses on relieving pressure in sensitive areas. A built-in heel recess reduces impact on the heel bone, making every step more comfortable—especially if you suffer from sharp or chronic heel pain.
The innovative fan-shaped design helps relax the plantar fascia, easing tension and inflammation commonly associated with plantar fasciitis. Surrounding this core is a layer of durable, shock-absorbing polyurethane foam, which cushions your foot and reduces pressure on the sole during walking or standing.
The insole’s anatomically shaped, 3D surface fits naturally to your foot, while integrated proprioceptive zones gently stimulate muscles to improve stability and support the heel.
In addition to cushioning and pressure relief, the ErgoPad Redux Heel 2 also supports the arch of the foot, helping address the root causes of ongoing heel and ankle pain.
Despite its advanced support, this orthotic is thin and lightweight, making it suitable for tight-fitting shoes and everyday wear.
- Quickly relieves the inflamed plantar aponeurosis
- Supports the painful, tender heel area
- Comparatively low height for tight fitting shoes
- 2 x insoles (1 left, 1 right)

Common questions
The things people ask us most before ordering.
What happens if I order the wrong size?
Send it back within 30 days for a full refund, or email orders@jointoperations.co.uk and we'll swap it for the right size.
Measuring before you order is the quickest route - the size finder on this page turns two tape-measure numbers into a size in about twenty seconds.
Can I wear it under clothing?
Yes. The knit is low-profile and designed to sit under trousers, leggings or a tracksuit without bunching. Most people wear it all day without anyone noticing.
How do I wash it?
Machine wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle with any fasteners closed. No fabric softener and no tumble drying - dry it flat, away from direct heat.
Washing it regularly actually helps: it lifts the body oils out of the knit and the compression holds its shape for longer.
How long should I wear it for?
Most people wear a support during activity and take it off to sleep. If a clinician recommended it to you, follow their guidance - they'll have a plan for your particular situation.
If you've bought it yourself for ongoing pain and you're not sure, it's worth getting the underlying problem looked at rather than relying on the support alone.
When will it arrive?
Standard delivery takes 3-4 working days and is free on orders over £95. Order before 12:30pm Monday to Thursday for next-day delivery.
Orders placed before 12:30pm on a working day are dispatched the same day; after the cut-off, or at the weekend, they go out on the next working day.
Can I claim it back on insurance or through work?
Some private health policies and occupational health schemes cover orthopaedic supports when they've been recommended by a clinician. We can send an itemised VAT invoice for your claim - just email us with your order number.
Can I buy wholesale for my clinic or shop?
Yes. We're the UK distributor for Bauerfeind, and we supply retailers, clinics, pharmacies and physiotherapy practices directly. Send us a trade enquiry and we'll come back with pricing and account terms.
